Fees

The staff at the Family Counseling Center are here to serve you. In order for your experience with us to be as easy as possible, we have the following fee policies:

No charge for anyone who has been victim of a crime - just provide us with a current police report dealing with the incident.
No charge for clients in Bibb County who are residents of public housing, Section 8 or the HOPE VI Program and would like to see a counselor at the Family Investment Center or at Family Counseling Center's main office.
No charge for parents and legal guardians who have filed juvenile unruly charges with a law enforcement agency in Bibb County.

Other fees are based on gross family income and number of people living in the home - complete the information below to determine your fee:

No one is denied service because of inability to pay. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. We do not accept insurance or Medicaid, but you may file on your own insurance if you wish.
